A working presentation starts with the content.
Teams often arrive with product specifications, a company profile, diagrams and a draft from several departments. Our first task is to agree what the audience should understand and which information supports that purpose. We review the sequence before extending the design across the deck.
The project can combine content structuring, representative slide design, charts and diagrams, product visuals, animation and full presentation production. Translation, language review, technical approval and the supply of product assets are responsibilities to agree at the briefing stage.
- Corporate presentations: connect company credentials, product portfolios and technical capabilities.
- Product launches: introduce the problem, explain the product’s role and support the key claims with approved evidence.
- Technical presentations: show relationships, operating modes and system architecture through readable diagrams.
From source material to a coherent PowerPoint deck.
- Define the brief. Confirm the audience, speaking context, language, deadline and playback environment. Share the current deck, brand assets and available product information.
- Agree the structure. Set the main argument, slide sequence and content priorities. Identify missing facts and the person responsible for approving each technical claim.
- Establish the visual system. Develop representative slides for the opening, product, data and diagram sections. Review the direction before producing the remaining pages.
- Build and review. Apply the approved system, prepare agreed animation and resolve comments in a controlled version.
- Check the handover. Review the file on the intended PowerPoint version and playback computer, and confirm the exports and supporting assets in scope.
Agree what must stay editable.
A PowerPoint file can contain native text, charts, shapes, images and video. Those elements have different editing requirements. At the start, tell us which content your team will update after delivery, such as product names, performance figures or regional messaging.
Editable elements, software versions, aspect ratio and supporting exports are agreed for each project. Rendered product films and complex visual sequences remain media assets unless a separate production-source handover is included. An editable presentation does not automatically mean that every rendered image or film is editable inside PowerPoint.
For a launch, share the screen dimensions and playback specification early. A panoramic LED layout, an internal review deck and a PDF for follow-up may need different information layouts. Remote technical coordination, rehearsals and on-site support can be scoped through our launch support service.
PowerPoint work you can review.
The Sungrow examples show different presentation problems within one technical industry: the PowerMatrix system launch, PowerStack C&I operating modes and ChargePower One charging content. These projects use PowerPoint; their case pages preserve the approved presentation material and identify the provenance of stage-cover images.
The Streamax corporate presentation offers another reference: 34 bilingual slides moving from road-safety applications to a global network and R&D architecture. Its published data has been anonymized. Review the sequence and information design as an example of the work, rather than treating the displayed figures as current corporate disclosures.
Before you brief the project.
Can you work from an existing PowerPoint?
Yes. Share the current file and explain whether you need visual refinement, a new content structure or both. We will define the review and production scope around the material.
How long does PowerPoint design take?
The schedule depends on content readiness, the number and complexity of slides, review rounds, language versions and event requirements. Send the deadline and available materials so we can assess the work. A past project’s duration is not a delivery promise for a new brief.
Do you also work in Keynote?
Yes. See our Keynote design service. Choose the production format around the team that will edit and present the file, then confirm the playback environment before design starts.
