The scalable path to autonomous driving
On 29 September 2024, Momenta spoke at the Global Intelligent Vehicle Summit (GIV 2024) in Hefei. The keynote introduced its first mass-production autonomous driving large model and its end-to-end deep learning solution.
Momenta describes its strategy as “one flywheel, two legs”: a data-driven technology path that serves both mass-production driver assistance and fully driverless robotaxis.

Complex ideas, one conference screen
The talk covered technical principles, autonomous driving models and practical applications. The presentation needed to support the speaker’s narrative while keeping complex information readable on a conference screen.
Technical principles
How the technology works.
Autonomous driving models
How Momenta’s models and solutions fit together.
Practical applications
Where the technology is used and how it scales.
Nine slides from the talk
The speaker’s main argument sets the order of technical information. We reorganized the information around the talk’s main argument.

Models, paths and data flows
Models, paths and data flows make relationships visible without relying on long blocks of text.
Models
A closed-loop ring shows how data from mass-production cars and robotaxis feeds one iteration cycle.

Paths
A route line leads from the long-tail problem to two insights, so the audience can follow the reasoning one step at a time.

Data flows
A growth curve plots how the software experience improves over time.

One idea per screen
A focused information hierarchy and the existing blue-and-white brand identity organize each slide for conference viewing.

On-site support at GIV 2024
MEET provided on-site support for the talk at GIV 2024 in Hefei.
