Enquiry information

Your project enquiry information.

How information in a project enquiry is prepared and used.

What you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, company, project brief and an optional deadline or event date. Share only the information needed to explain your project. Avoid including passwords or confidential files in the brief.

How an enquiry reaches MEET

The project form prepares an email draft in your browser. Preparing the brief does not send it to MEET. Choose Open Email Draft, review the message and send it in your email app, or copy the brief into an email or WhatsApp message.

You can also contact MEET directly at [email protected] or through WhatsApp. Email and WhatsApp handle messages through their own services.

How MEET uses a received brief

MEET uses project enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to your request and discuss the content, design and delivery scope.

This website

The website stores temporary browser-session settings for its introductory animation and page transitions. The email-draft form does not store your brief in that session storage. Fonts and images are hosted with the website; animation libraries are loaded from cdnjs and jsDelivr, which receive the requests needed to deliver those files.

Questions about your information

Contact [email protected] if you have questions about information in your enquiry, or would like to request a correction or deletion. MEET is operated by 深圳市鸣天影视传媒文化有限公司.
